Operating instruction

Use steps:

(1) Open the diesel engine refueling and water cover plate (3) add diesel oil and cooling water, connect the diesel engine starting power line (7), the body iron (connect the car battery 12V positive pole).

(2) Connect the gas cylinder and the gas pipeline of the equipment, close the gas valve (23), insert the ignition gun (22), and close the ignition gun valve.

③ Add 4 to 5 bags of paint into the kettle.

(4) unscrew the valve of the gas cylinder, and then light the ignition of the musket, plug it into the ignition port (24), and then slowly open the gas valve (23), and ignite the cooker.

⑤ When the thermometer is about 150℃, start the diesel engine, and then pull the multi-way reversing valve handle (19) forward or reverse, if the load is heavy, the multi-way valve return, wait for a while to open again, so that the hydraulic motor operates normally.

⑥ When the temperature is about 2OO ℃, then gradually add the coating, add 3-4 bags at a time, unwrap and shake to add, until the temperature is stable to about 2o O ℃ and then add until the capacity of the kettle is about 4/5, and then open a small fire insulation for construction. Note: The temperature should be according to the recommended temperature, not too high to prevent deflagration.
