Operation instructions
Usage steps:
(1) Open the diesel engine fuel and water inlet cover (3), add diesel and cooling water, connect the diesel engine starting power line (7), and connect the body iron (to the positive terminal of the car battery 12V).
(2) Connect the gas cylinder to the equipment's gas pipeline, close the gas valve (23), insert the ignition gun (22), and close the ignition gun valve.
(3) Add 4 to 5 bags of paint into the kettle.
(4) Unscrew the gas cylinder valve, then ignite the gun and insert it into the ignition port (24), then slowly open the gas cylinder valve (23) to ignite the stove.
(5) When the thermometer reads around 150℃, start the diesel engine, then pull the multi-way valve handle (19) to move forward or backward. If the load is heavy, return the multi-way valve, wait for a while before opening it again to ensure the hydraulic motor operates normally.
(6) When the temperature is about 200℃, gradually add the coating, increase by 3 - 4 bags, open and shake to add until the temperature stabilizes at 200℃, then fill the kettle to about 4/5 of its capacity, and keep it warm on low heat. Note: The temperature should follow the recommended temperature and should not be too high to avoid explosion.
