Usage Precautions:
① When applying the primer, use a roller spray machine, etc., and apply after adjusting the primer to a uniform concentration;
② Applying too much or too little primer will reduce the bonding strength between the pavement and the coating. Adjust the dosage appropriately according to the pavement conditions and the characteristics of the primer, with a theoretical dosage of 0.15kg/㎡;
③ When the primer is dry to the point of not sticking to tires and not adhering to dust or sand, marking work can proceed. Avoid marking when the primer is not completely dry, as it may easily catch fire and cause the markings to fall off, especially severe in winter.
④ The curing time varies due to weather temperature, pavement temperature, humidity, wind strength, primer composition, application amount, application method, and pavement water absorption. In winter, the time interval between primer application and marking construction should be appropriately extended.
