Details Introduction
Hot melt coating pavement construction process:
1. When dissolving the coating, keep the temperature between 180-220, stir slowly after dissolving, and keep warm for 3-5 minutes before discharging, which can fully exert the function of hot melt pavement marking paint.
2. It is recommended to carry out construction under conditions above 0 degrees Celsius, ensuring that the working surface is clean and dry (for high-temperature construction, please appropriately increase the material temperature).
3. Leave some margin for the primer treatment, and apply the marking line only after the primer is completely dry.
4. For newly completed cement pavements, please try to postpone construction for three months or stop two primer treatments, otherwise the marking line is prone to fall off.
5. When constructing on roads with heavy traffic, after applying the primer, please place warning cones to prevent wheels from crushing, taking away the primer, and leaving dust.
Assuming the material temperature is below 180, the petroleum resin cannot be fully stretched, affecting the fluidity of the coating, causing fluffiness in the marking line during construction, numbness appearing directly on the outside of the marking line, or leaving more residue, affecting the appearance of the marking line; at the same time, too low a temperature will affect the extension of petroleum resin molecules, weakening the adhesion of the marking line to the pavement.
