Analysis of bubbles in good price and quality hot melt scribing coating material
Marking people all know that bubbles often appear in the application of good price and quality hot melt scribing coating material, such as soybean and sesame. Although such defects do not affect the service life, they affect the appearance carefully. This is a difficult problem that has plagued our marking people all the time!

Solution: raise the material temperature by 5-10 degrees, improve the leveling property of the coating, reduce the viscosity of the coating and let the bubbles out; Or reduce the material temperature by 5-10 degrees, improve the viscosity of the coating, prevent bubbles from jacking up and stay in the marking!

2. The wet ground of good price and quality hot melt scribing coating material will produce bubbles

The moisture in the wet pavement will be heated and evaporated to produce bubbles. The construction can be carried out only after the pavement is dry. Pay special attention to the moisture of the pavement in the morning and evening of winter.

3. Bubbles will also occur if the primer of good price and quality hot melt scribing coating material is not dry

Before the bottom oil is dried, the solvent in the bottom oil is not completely volatilized, and bubbles will be generated when volatilized by heating. Do not scratch until the bottom oil is completely dry. Otherwise, in addition to bubbles, it is also very easy to cause deflagration of the dry bottom oil and safety accidents!

Taking expressway as an example, high-grade highways often use modified asphalt, and the modifier often produces bubbles when it meets heat. In case of in-depth research and excessive pursuit of perfection by the owner, about one thousandth of soybean oil (or salad oil) can be added during burning, so as to sacrifice the compressive strength of the marking and improve the leveling of the material, so as to reduce bubbles to meet the requirements of the owner.

The cement pavement with too heavy alkalinity is prone to blistering. I can only overcome it by cleaning the floating ash and the bottom oil twice! Also just reduce, not eliminate!

When encountering this kind of pavement and symbolizing "winning the prize", we can only balance it by two times of bottom oil and adjusting the material temperature.
