Precautions for Reflective hot melt marking coating products

1. Ensure that the working face is clean and dry, and it is recommended to construct at the temperature above 0 ℃ (for low-temperature construction, please increase the material temperature appropriately)

2. When the coating melts, the temperature shall be controlled between 180-220 ℃. After melting, it shall be fully stirred and discharged after holding for 3-5 minutes, so as to fully reflect the performance of the hot-melt coating

3. The bottom oil treatment shall be sufficient, and the coating and marking shall be carried out after the bottom oil is completely dry. For the newly completed cement pavement, the construction shall be delayed for three months or the second bottom oil treatment shall be carried out as far as possible, otherwise the marking is easy to fall off.

4. For construction in sections with large traffic flow, please place warning caps after coating the bottom oil to prevent wheel rolling, take away the bottom oil and leave dust, otherwise some markings are easy to fall off.
